1. Eligibility

Ancient Buccaneer Legends is intended for adult audiences only. You must be at least 19 years of age in most Canadian provinces (or 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) to board our phantom fleet and play our games.

2. No Real Value

Ghostly Pieces of Eight are a virtual currency used strictly for entertainment. They cannot be withdrawn, sold, transferred, or exchanged for real money, goods, or services of any kind. They possess absolutely zero real-world value.

3. No Real-Money Gambling

Ancient Buccaneer Legends is a free social casino. All games, including Phantom Galleon Slots and Cannonball Drop, are simulated entertainment. There are no real-money bets, and no prizes of actual value can be won.

4. Intellectual Property

All artwork, mechanics, lore, and assets associated with Ancient Buccaneer Legends are the intellectual property of Blackwood Maritime Media Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our phantom galleons or characters without permission.

5. Gameplay and Glitches

In the event of a technical malfunction during a spin on Compass of Fates or any other game, all plays and associated Ghostly Pieces of Eight are voided. We reserve the right to reset balances to ensure fair and functional entertainment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blackwood Maritime Media Ltd. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Ancient Buccaneer Legends. The seas are unpredictable, and your use of our free entertainment platform is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These terms and your use of Ancient Buccaneer Legends are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
